FAIRLAWN: The city’s Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on July 11 to discuss two possible projects in Fairlawn.
The meeting, which is scheduled for Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, will revolve around two new business items that the committee will be asked to approve.
The Commission will deliberate on a request for approval of an exterior remodel to the southwest corner of 25 Ghent, as well as a proposed pedestrian bridge at the northwest corner of Croghan Park, which is located at the intersection of North Miller Road and Sand Run Parkway.
The proposed use for the remodel at 25 Ghent is for a future restaurant at the location. The estimated total cost of the project is $70,000.
Croghan Park has been proposed for multiple renovations, including storm sewer and paving work.
