COPLEY: A vote could come in January on tentative Copley Homeowners Association regulations, a move that would complete work started at the beginning of the year to revitalize the moribund organization.
The association, incorporated in 1978, currently has 21 members and is working to increase membership.
The four pages of regulations cover basics from election and terms of officers, association membership, committees and dues and meetings and quorums.
Following a Thursday meeting to review the updated regulations, work is expected to continue online and through newsletters to generate homeowner interest in the association.
The next meeting is scheduled at 7 p.m. Jan. 24 in Copley Township Hall.
